American Influences: Great American Wins

Although I’m happy to live in the beautiful place I do, and enjoy being Canadian (with a number of notable exceptions), I must admit to being influenced by our neighbours to the South (as most of us are). Sometimes, American culture permeates into Canada for the best and sometimes it’s for the worst.

In my recent memory, I have found myself brought to tears a few times at proud American moments.

Here’s my top four list of emotion-inducing GREAT AMERICAN WINS:

Boston Red Sox WIN
